Privacy Policy

This website, rslovestory.com, is run by Ryan and Samanta for our wedding on March 25, 2027. Our text messages are sent under the registered sender name Ryan Samanta Wedding. This is a private site for our invited guests, and nothing here is for sale.

What we collect

• Your name, as it appears on our guest list.
• Your mobile number and, where we have one, your email address. You gave these to us directly when we invited you, or you entered your email yourself when you replied.
• Your RSVP: whether you are coming, any dietary needs, and any note you choose to send us.
• Delivery records for the messages we send you, so we can tell whether an invitation arrived.

How we use it

We use it only to plan and host our wedding. That means sending you the invitation, confirming your reply, sending occasional reminders about the date and travel details, and giving our venue and caterer a headcount and a list of dietary needs.

Text messages

If you gave us your mobile number, Ryan Samanta Wedding may text you about the wedding. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You can reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for contact information. Message frequency is low, roughly five messages between now and March 2027. Message and data rates may apply.

Who can see it

Only the two of us. The guest list sits behind a password. We use Twilio to deliver text messages and Resend to deliver email, and each of them handles your contact details only to deliver our messages to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We delete the guest list within ninety days after the wedding.

Getting in touch

Reply to any message from us, or use the note field on our RSVP page, and we will change or delete your details.
